Had to move into a new spot after my roommate left, and I didn’t want to drag it out. Booked this moving crew, and they made it simple. I had a lot of odd-shaped items and a couple of bigger things I didn’t know how to handle myself. They sorted it all, didn’t need constant supervision, and worked through it like it was just another day.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
These people took care of our heavy aquarium supplies by using soft padding and plastic wrap. They made sure the glass tanks were secure in the truck and wouldn't slide around while we were driving. I liked the way they communicated to make sure the fragile items were handled with extra caution. It was a very successful move, and I am happy to see our fish gear made it safely. They did a really solid job overall.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
