Customer Highlights

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

Extremely professional gentlemen.

During the move, nothing got broken or injured. The movers got to work right away. Because they worked so quickly, we saved money because they were done two hours early. We fully back these guys!

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

Overall, not very reliable.

Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

Very frustrating experience.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.

They made my move stress-free and seamless

A few weeks ago, we hired Johnny and the team from this company for moving our commercial furniture showroom to NJ. Thankfully, the team arrived on time on moving day and immediately got to work. They packed our inventory and other furniture pieces meticulously in padding and blankets. Then they loaded them carefully onto the moving trucks and delivered them intact to the new place. We’re satisfied with the experience!

Terrible Service.

The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

They handled everything very well.

The movers packed dishes, wine glasses, and my knife set in their separate boxes, and I had a lot of kitchen equipment to pack. I was relaxed because they had extra boxes for packing. Unpacking was easier than expected, and nothing broke.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
