Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
I am giving it three stars despite the fact that the transfer was painless because of the lack of information beforehand. I had to make two calls just to be sure. I was anxious leading up to the day, even though they finished the assignment.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
I was worried about moving during bad weather, but this company’s moving team came prepared. Floor runners, shrink wrap, tarps for large items – they made sure the rain didn’t ruin anything. I’ve never seen a moving team so calm under unpredictable conditions! Amazing how they managed it all!
Our move happened during the week our elevator was out of service. This company’s crew climbed 5 flights of stairs with every box and furniture piece without complaints. Everything was transported safely too. They did a great job!
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
