Excellent bargain

I wasn't planning to move so soon, but things changed fast, and I had to relocate in under a week. I had a small apartment, but it was filled with delicate items, vinyl records, plants, and glassware. The team didn't rush and took extra care with everything. Even the plants made it without damage, which I didn't expect. The way they handled it really took pressure off me.

Well organized!

Before our move, I spoke to John, and they helped walk me through what to expect. I had a combination of heavy wooden furniture and fragile artwork, and I was worried about how it would all be handled. The movers showed up with everything they needed and worked with care. Every piece was wrapped properly, and nothing got chipped or scratched during the process.

Very frustrating experience.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.

Overall, not very reliable.

Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

The experience was disappointing.

I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

Smoothest move ever!

I had a washer-dryer set and a couch that barely fit the first time. The movers came prepared with straps and made it look easy. They took extra care not to scratch the walls and got everything down smoothly without damaging a thing.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

I hope improvements are made in the future.

The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
