Customer Highlights

delightful experience

The lease on my apartment was ending, and I had a tight window to be out. I called late in the day, not expecting a response, but the team from Howards Van Line got back to me within an hour and slotted me in for the next morning. They didn’t add extra fees. I appreciated the way they handled the timing, and I was moved out of the place before the deadline. It was a well-managed job, and we will be hiring them for future moves.

Terrible Service.

The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

Very frustrating experience.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.

hassle-free moving experience.

Your crew handled my heavy office equipment with a lot of grace today. I am thankful for the prompt responses to my emails. It made the entire relocation feel much more manageable for us.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

The experience was disappointing.

I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

A Dream Team.

After weeks of packing and delays, I just wanted the move done without issues. These guys didn’t waste my time. They asked for a quick walkthrough and started loading everything without dragging it out. I didn’t feel rushed, but they weren’t slow either. They adjusted to the way I had sorted things, which made the whole process easier. It felt like they understood the flow of moving day better than I did. Honestly, that took a lot of pressure off me.
