Customer Highlights

Simply the best.

Howards Van Line saved our family when we moved at the last minute. The arriving team was very attentive to our stressful situation. We had items still in boxes when they arrived, and they helped us pack and tape everything calmly. They moved our huge washing machine without complaint. Everything finished faster than expected. We are very satisfied with the service!

Overall, not very reliable.

Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

I hope improvements are made in the future.

The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.

They made my move stress-free and seamless

My move included some very heavy and oversized furniture, and I was worried about damage – but this company’s team knew exactly how to handle it. They wrapped everything meticulously and maneuvered each piece with precision. There was not a single dent or scratch anywhere! Many thanks!

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

I would not use this service again.

The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

Well organized!

Had a move with a ton of glassware and fragile items, and the movers were absolute pros. They brought boxes for all my glass items and wrapped each piece in tons of padding. When we got to the new place, they helped me unpack the glassware and set it up in my cabinets. Not a single piece was broken. So happy with how everything turned out!

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
