Had a small business move planned before the new season kicked in. The display racks, crates, and shop supplies needed to be shifted without holding up operations. The crew showed up prepared and got right to it. Each section was packed in order, and items were kept together the way they came out. There was no confusion during setup at the new space because all the stuff was placed where it belonged.
Everything went exactly as I hoped it would for my small business move yesterday. I had to shift a lot of pantry items and heavy kitchen containers to the new catering space. The guys were very helpful and even helped me carry some smaller bags that I had left in my car. I liked that they were very polite and made sure I was happy with where they put the boxes. It was a very good experience.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
