Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
I really appreciate their ability to deal with problems. One of my couches was very hard to move from my previous home, yet they managed to do it without harming anything.
Cannot say enough good things about Howards Van Line . We hired them recently for a small move and the team carefully wrapped and loaded our antique mirrors and paintings, and ensured no pressure was put on the glass or frames during transport. We were relieved to receive everything in top-notch condition!
The team made sure I was happy every step I took. All my belongings were well packed and they moved my potted plants very carefully. Professional movers, through and through.
My complicated bedframe was taken apart, removed and put back together without difficulty. They went one step further by tightening up some loose screws that were already there. Everybody played amazingly.
Moving my piano gave me anxiety, but this team proved they were real experts. They secured their equipment and made certain the drive was as secure as possible. The piano came through the move without a blemish and it means a lot to me.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
I was very pleased by how well the movers handled the moving of my home gym which consisted of a weight rack, an elliptical machine and a place for yoga. They handled the items with care, reassembled every piece and got everything working perfectly in my new home. Exceptional service!
