The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
We moved a pool table, a dartboard, and a bar set into our new basement. It took careful lifting and measuring to fit everything downstairs. The movers laughed, stayed patient, and finished perfectly. Hire them.
Helping my grandmother meant carrying quilts, a cedar chest, and her old sewing machine. The movers slowed down, let her direct where things should go, and gave her time. That patience meant everything to her.
