Howards Van Line was not the cheapest quote I got but they were the only ones who actually asked me questions about my furniture before giving me a price. The move went smoothly, and they really gave me peace of mind.
The move was not smooth. Poorly delivered. Furniture scratched. TV's broken. Delivery was not made on time. The company staff refused to take responsibility and did not even acknowledge emails or respond in a timely manner. Dont bother using this company.
I would enter zero if I could. It is highly advised not to use; the movers arrived at the property really late and demanded additional payment on top of the price. They provided far less money for all the damages after breaking half of our furniture and a pricey marble table.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

My valuables arrived shattered and damaged. I would never do business with this firm again. I also had insurance, but I haven't gotten anything back from it. Excuses and fob offs. Extremely disappointed. I would have posted without any stars if I could have.

The packers' performance and arrival were equally appalling. I found that my items had been tossed to the bottom when using the wardrobe boxes to store my clothes. After completing their formal education, the packers are expected to be competent. Please don't use them because I get annoyed and agitated.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
