I moved from a small studio with 12 boxes and a bed. The movers wrapped the mattress, carried everything down three flights, and placed the boxes in my new place. It could not have gone smoother.
We had a crew move our house last week. They lifted the heavy stuff without needing help and took care of every room. The day went by easily since they just stayed focused and worked.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
