Moving company in Seattle, WA
Thanks for the excellent customer service, patience in placing rugs and furniture, and care with my belongings! I'll use Hansen Bros. again. Super heroes of moving.
John and his crew were polite and courteous, but they also made some mistakes. They forgot to pack some of my items and they mixed up some of the boxes. They also charged me extra for the stairs and the elevator. They were not bad, but they could have been better.
The six-person crew never had any trouble meeting any of the requirements. They completed a challenging packing job that only a handful of movers could have handled successfully. They should all look for employment.
I am a REALTOR and recommend Hansen Bros to clients looking for professional moving services. My clients recently hired them to pack them and move the items to storage until it can be delivered to their new home. The crew that arrived was excellent, careful and professional. Absolutly worth it!
We had stored a 6'x8' antique mirror with Hansen. We moved to a new house and it had brought here. It is extremely heavy and so valuable to us. The movers were so careful and thoughtful and so pleasant to work with. They needed to stay while I screwed the brackets into the wall and into the mirror and were very helpful as that was done and the mirror needed to be moved back and forth, in and out. They made a very stressful job for me a lot easier.
After another firm let me down, Raymond at Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage reacted quickly and arranged a moving team within a few days. We were grateful for his attention and accommodations.
Ronald was the most communicative moving coordinator I’ve worked with. He made sure to go over the details a week prior to the relocation, confirmed things again a day before, and called me an hour before he came over to my apartment with his crew. Even during transit, he dropped in a text or call to notify me of the progress. He has my greatest appreciation!
I just want to say how impressed we were with the two gentleman who did the move, ************** and ************** We were having a very stressful time as my brother who you moved, was in the hospital with a medical emergency when we came to help him move. Without the help of your company and these two movers I dont know how we would have managed. These two gentlemen were so helpful and kind when we as a family most needed it. Thank you so much!
We are so glad we happened upon one of your crews working at our apartment building. We've used a good many movers over the years (I'm 77, so a lot of years) and would put Hansen Bros. at the very top of the list as far as efficiency, service, flexibility and care of goods is concerned. Thank you.
Gilson and his team were courteous, competent, and very helpful; they went above and beyond the call of duty. Their communication abilities persuaded me to hire them.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
