I appreciated William Hernandez keeping me updated trough the whole move and being professional and kind And I appreciate the driver Andre for the hard work he did and getting my stuff there safety and being kind to my sister.
The guys went right to work unloading the items. At the new home, we had a problem with a narrow stair. The team used their equipment to delicately hoist some of the heavier furniture through a window on the second story. Everything went smoothly. I will refer anyone I know who will be moving.
Having just experienced my first move with professional movers (as opposed to relying on friends and family), I can say without reservation that I would hire Great American Moving System again and enthusiastically recommend them to anybody in need of movers.
They stole my gun, about 10 grand in painted Warhammer figures and my dogs ashes. When I called about it they claimed I had none of those things and looked at the inventory sheet they made saying "boxes X 12, desk, mini fridge" they broke the desk btw. They also put music case instead of gun case that had my rifle in it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, JUST GET A UHAUL.
The movers were prompt and on time for our move. Covered our furniture with blankets and used roll out carpets to make their way around our old apartment and new home. There were the two men that helped us move today. Thank you again!

Scheduling the move with Great American was not a problem and the communication was good. But I didn't like the change in the cost once we finished. It was horrible. I talked to the guy at the end of it and he wanted to charge me triple what the quote was. And he said it was because of the materials they used. So, it seemed like he was trying to steal from me. I was pissed and I'll never use them again.
Without a question, this was the smoothest and most delightful move I've ever made. The movers showed up just when they said they would, thanks to the company's efficient scheduling service. If you ever need a moving company, you should choose this one.
I can't thank them enough for their incredible service. The movers were professional, hardworking, and treated my items with respect. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. I highly recommend them for any long distance move.
