Extremely careful

Our interstate move using Gouffon Moving & Storage was fantastic! They were efficient, competent, extremely careful and did everything they said they'd do and more. Besides their professionalism we were most impressed with their employees. We had a complex move that included time when our goods were in storage so we got to meet 3 teams of employees in addition to the office staff. Without exception they were personable, friendly, careful with our items, capable and a pleasure to work with. Their service went well beyond our expectations. We unequivocally and wholeheartedly recommend Gouffon Moving & Storage.

Professional and courteous

These guys are outstanding! Extremely reasonable price and easy to work with. When I had changes to my schedule they adjusted. Their team of movers were professional, curious, fast and handled everything with care. I would recommend them to anyone who has to move in the East Tennessee area.

Reliable and trustworthy!!

Your staff's kindness and empathy meant the world to me because of my mother's tough day. The help you gave me when I was moving my mum was invaluable.

They were so incredible!

We utilized Gouffon for a move out, storage for 5 months, and move in. The crews on both ends of the move were totally awesome. They were very professional, courteous, friendly, and STRONG! They worked hard and quickly - the team work was a joy to watch. The Gouffon office personnel were super wonderful to deal with - they called/emailed/texted with updates I needed and were always available to answer questions. Pricing was reasonable. You get what you pay for - peace of mind that your household goods will be taken care of. I found nothing broken during this move/storage, and no walls or floors were scratched. 100% recommended!

Best Move Ever, Not Kidding.

The three gentlemen that took care of loading all of my furniture were wonderful. Hard working, but also very friendly. If I ever have to move again it will only be with Gouffon Movers.
