Bad Service.

DO NOT USE. It took 2 month to move my stuff from San Francisco to Chicago. I've had stuff moved fro San Diego to Spain in 6 weeks. Once they have your belongings they add charges before delivery. Plus, the movers and the delivery driver are not in contact, so delivery times are a joke. PS. They also lost some of my stuff in the move. DO NOT USE.

Terrible Service

There's a reason proper moving insurance firms will not cover moves with them (ask me how I know). Still, I consider myself lucky I got my stuff back considering the horror stories on here. They will underestimate your stuff to win the bid so that the foreman can hold you hostage at pickup, only to then laugh at you when they drop off in a truck that fits what the original estimate was. The only way I knew where my stuff was was by using Tiles in my boxes. They overpromise on delivery windows only to then give you a different one in the contract. They don't even give their movers tools to reassemble household goods. A total joke of a company. Don't be like us who fell for the scam.

1- Don’t hire these movers.

They left muddy boot prints all over my new carpet. I tried to point it out, but they were already gone before I could ask them to clean it up. I spent my first night in the new place scrubbing stains.

Dishonest!!!!!!

#1Customer Service lied about the location of my goods. Said it was on the way but later I found out it was still in their storage, took 1 month to receive. #2 Over priced. Added charges during pick up #3 Upon arrival damaged furniture, thrased boxes and damaged mobility scooter. Stay away!!!!!

unprofessional and poor performance

this is an unprofessional, overcharging, just-after-your-money moving - more like throwing around - company. They damaged 2 TVs, folded a mattress and broke numerous light fixturesm- all not usable anymore and, lost or stole some boxes (all my tools are missing) and did not help with unpacking or basic furniture assembly. poor performance. Use at your own risk. Poor value and disastrous results. I truly wish I had not called them. Find someone else and steer clear from these criminals.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They’ll give you a quote load your stuff into their truck and then hit you with all the extra fees. We were quoted $900 for the move and with all the extra fees they added on $2200. My new house is 10 minutes away from my old one and they added over $800 of fees because they had to drive down from another city because the main company outsources their moves to smaller local companies. Why they chose a company in Fort Lauderdale to move us when we live in Port Saint Lucie is beyond me. My advice is to have someone come out to your house quote everything and go from there. Absolutely, outrageous.

They furniture and boxes!!

Our old place was on the fifth floor, and guess what? No elevator! were up to the challenge. They were strong as oxen and zoomed down those stairs with our furniture and boxes.
