They left muddy boot prints all over my new carpet. I tried to point it out, but they were already gone before I could ask them to clean it up. I spent my first night in the new place scrubbing stains.
The workers made it easy for us to move our things from FL to TX. They were very nice and carried my new, heavy tables from the door to their rooms without saying a word.
this is an unprofessional, overcharging, just-after-your-money moving - more like throwing around - company. They damaged 2 TVs, folded a mattress and broke numerous light fixturesm- all not usable anymore and, lost or stole some boxes (all my tools are missing) and did not help with unpacking or basic furniture assembly. poor performance. Use at your own risk. Poor value and disastrous results. I truly wish I had not called them. Find someone else and steer clear from these criminals.
This company is a scam. They’ll give you a quote load your stuff into their truck and then hit you with all the extra fees. We were quoted $900 for the move and with all the extra fees they added on $2200. My new house is 10 minutes away from my old one and they added over $800 of fees because they had to drive down from another city because the main company outsources their moves to smaller local companies. Why they chose a company in Fort Lauderdale to move us when we live in Port Saint Lucie is beyond me. My advice is to have someone come out to your house quote everything and go from there. Absolutely, outrageous.
Very bad experience, my belongings were stolen, more than 10 boxes were missing, the move arrived incomplete and the few boxes that arrived, most of my things arrived broken, some boxes arrived halfway, they took my belongings, my Grill was broken, a television was broken, all my broken glass dishes, a bicycle that is also damaged, bottles of Quebrada tequila... Apart from the fact that they charge too high, I do not recommend it at all, it is better that you rent a truck and handle it yourself... I am very upset by how they gave me some of them My things are all in very bad condition, all destroyed... I hope they pay me for everything that was stolen. It doesn't seem fair to me that they open your belongings and I arrived incomplete with your move after you pay so much... It doesn't suit you in this company. ..
DO NOT USE. It took 2 month to move my stuff from San Francisco to Chicago. I've had stuff moved fro San Diego to Spain in 6 weeks. Once they have your belongings they add charges before delivery. Plus, the movers and the delivery driver are not in contact, so delivery times are a joke. PS. They also lost some of my stuff in the move. DO NOT USE.

The staff worked fast to help me relocate. While I was still packing, they waited patiently and assisted me in whatever way they could. I'm using Golden Gate Relocation LLC for the first time today. Absolutely necessary. Thanks a ton, guys, for all your assistance with my move.
Worst move of my life. Lost 30 plus boxes, tv furniture and sports memorabilia I had collected over the years. The worst part my father in laws military stuff from the war he served. Try many times to see where my belongings are and get the same" we will call you, when we know". Then they gave me a number to file a claim and it's been 4 months with no reply. How are they able to operate. Wendy has try to help, everybody else is garbage.
