Read More Please let everyone at Golan's Moving and Storage know how much we appreciate all of your hard work in helping us move into our new home so smoothly and promptly. We have used other moving companies in the past, but yours is by far the best. The movers were careful not to damage our carpets or hardwood flooring.

Read More I'm blown away! This firm made a tough situation more bearable - and that's saying a lot. They completely gave me rest and managed all the packing and loading process. They started work from the kitchen and then packed the whole room individually by making cartons with proper labels. Well done, folks.

Worst moving company in existence. Movers caused damage to my couch. Lead man on the move was very aggressive and spent most of the move yelling at the other movers. Ther ... Read More Worst moving company in existence. Movers caused damage to my couch. Lead man on the move was very aggressive and spent most of the move yelling at the other movers. There was a language barrier and he was not able to explain any of the moving papers to me. He was also adamant on not bringing my couch through the back staircase, even though his other movers had told me it would be possible to do but would take a little longer. Lead man was too focused on rushing the move to care about doing the job properly. Once I called the office to let them know of the situation, I was told that the lead man “knew what was best” and was practically gaslit about the situation. Before leaving, the lead man asked me to sign a blank sheet of paper acknowledging that I was okay with the damages done. I did not sign but later called and was told he had my signature acknowledging the damage. Absolutely horrible experience, I would much rather throw away all of my belongings before ever using Golan’s again.

They packed up my kitchen well and even packed my lamps and pictures, which was a last minute addition. All my stuff arrived in original condition and there were no issues. Would recommend and use again!
