Horrible!
Literally use anyone else. This is the worst moving company that I have ever interacted with. They quote me at one price then come to pick my stuff up and its DOUBLE the total price originally quoted and the driver tells me “there’s nothing I can do”. Then they tell me they will give me 48 hours notice to drop my stuff and turns out they just give you about 8 hours notice when theyre already on the way. Had to abruptly end my work day to go meet them with little to no heads up as promised. And finally the icing on the cake, my stuff arrives with furniture broken and boxes bent and broken. This has truly been the worst experience and hopefully this review will help others make the right choice and choose someone else.

Spectacular move!!
This is probably the first time ever at relocating that none of my things have arrived broken. I’ve hired movers previously from the most expensive moving companies, but none of them have been as mindful as Extra Space Moving & Storage LLC movers! I was honestly shocked when my glass-top dining table had no scratches! But I will absolutely hire them again!

Professional Manner!
My relocation was handled flawlessly by the moving team. I'm happy the movers obliged my request because I wanted everything to be finished promptly. Throughout the packing, loading, unloading, and even helping me arrange my new space the way I wanted, they were on time and precise in their work.

Liars and thieves
Extra Space assigned us Lucrative Van Lines, and after reading all the horrible reviews, etc. we asked that they find another company and they agreed, but upon moving day, guess what company showed up? Lucrative van lines, in a rented Penske truck. We immediately called and told the Extra-Space rep that we were promised a different moving company, and we were told "Take it or leave it" and good luck finding another company before you need to be out. We had a signed contract for an agreed amount, but they raised the price twice, once before they would even start packing, they threatened to leave with a truck half-full of our property if we refused to pay the additional amount. The two "movers" showed up in a rented 26' truck that was too small for our 3 bdrm house, so, of course, they failed to fit all of our belongings, so they then charged us for an additional truck for $6500, and they still drove off leaving 2 rooms of furniture behind. We had to rent a U-Haul for another $5000 and move the remainder of the furniture ourselves. They provided no inventory or bill of lading, they slowly and methodically absconded nearly all of our paperwork. (Plausible deniability) Somewhere along the way they switched trucks, and lost some of our furniture. They damaged nearly everything they touched, at the new house they demanded a cash payment before they would unload the truck, left everything in the garage promised to return in the morning, drove off, and never returned. Both Extra Space and their so-called movers are liars and thieves.

Quick Service!
After a negative experience with a different company, I wasn't sure about this mover, but they proved me wrong. David and his group were really experts. They were careful with my tables and made sure my tables were well-packed. They went above and beyond to win back my trust in movers.

Amazing service!
They provided me with a truck, and the service was prompt and effective. They set up my furniture without any extra assistance. I heartily endorse Extra Space Moving & Storage LLC.

Terrible service, stay clear and don’t chose them
The initial call was great and once the contract was signed I never heard a clear answer from the company again. I was supposed to wait for them to call( which was a few days before my move) to even know when I am actually moving. That day was horrible the guy said it would be an extra charge I said no problem, can u just read me the inventory list to see if I forgot anything to which he responded no. This representative was named Fredrick, and he they started to yell at me to which every time I would ask him excuse me sir but I’m just trying to know the list, he then kept saying I’m interrupting him and I’m just trying to get a lower price( to which I never said I wanted to do). I ask to be transferred to another person he said no, I said so your as high as it gets he said yes, I asked him if he was the CEO, he said I’m as high as it gets. The call ended and after hours I finally got in touch with the first guy who I ever talked to at the company and he said this guy was known to do this stuff and to call customer service the next day. When I did I was told we would not be in the office anymore and that I would never hear from him. Then a few days later guess who calls me, Fredrick. I asked him if this was the same guy who called me so horribly and he said I don’t think I was but yes, I asked if I could speak to anyone else and he said no. This company is a Bait in switch company and run their business like the mafia. You pay the money but you won’t get your stuff safely transferred in your move. Don’t chose this company and I’m convinced the good reviews were made by the company themselves.

During my move!!
During my move, my expectations were blown away. Despite the sweltering degrees, the crew completed the whole move in eight hours. My kids made a mess while working were very calm and friendly with my kids.

Everything went smoothly!
I liked their punctuality on all three moving days. It showed their commitment, and after delivering everything, they stayed to help me place furniture. So, impressed!

I recently hired David and John to help me move, and they far exceeded my high expectations. As soon as I contacted them, I received excellent support. The person who answered the phone was kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of my many questions
