Moving company in Los Angeles, CA
Couldn't be happier with the service. He arrived when he said, understood what I needed moved, and worked diligently to get my last items moved to the new place. If you're curious... yes, he can do it himself! 10/10 would hire again but sure hope I don't have to move again anytime soon.
Mike and his moving crew were, obviously, experienced and compassionate about their customers. Their professionalism went beyond my already high expectations. Whatever he says, he does at that price. There are no hidden price increases, I should know because I called several others prior, and when you think you have an affordable price, you don't. He was a man of his word. The tip was definitely deserving.
They kept me informed by text and phone calls. They were punctual, patient, and efficient. They moved my purchase from the seller to my home, ensuring all parts were included and nothing was lost or damaged. Their price was reasonable, and payment was easy.
Our moving team did an exceptional job. They were on time. They were thorough. And within 4 hours our 3 bed, 1 bath moving job was complete, including 2 stops for dropping off items. I will absolutely use them again!
I think their pricing is on par with most other movers. They did a good job disassembling the furniture that needed disassembling. Put it in your head though that the move out is going to be much longer than you thought it would be. We had a team of three movers, move us out and a different team of three from Excellent Van Lines move us in. The team that moved us in I highly recommend. They were so fast. Carrying two medium boxes on their back at a time. They were careful with our things and careful not to bang up the house inside. There was nothing wrong with the guys that moved us out, I just think they were tired from a full day of moving and a busy summer schedule. I do recommend that if you're on a time crunch, an early scheduled move is probably best. I misunderstood that the time that they schedule with you is not the time that they will take to move you out, it's the time frame that they will arrive (my time slot was 2-4pm). I also recommend that if you have a large flat screen, get a TV box for it and maybe even move it separately in your car. Flat screens are so thin and fragile. The picture quality is a bit off on our TV but we didn't have a TV box. We had moving blankets and packing tape.
They arrived on time, and were quick and efficient with the loading and unloading process. They also handled tricky parking, slow elevators, and motion sensing garages with grace. Really personable individuals work here, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for their next move to be as close to stress free as possible!
This is my second time using this company and they are incredible. They finished moving everything so fast, it was unbelievable. All my furniture was moved with care. They disassembled and reassembled 3 furniture, didn’t break or dent anything and the process was very reasonable. I 100% recommend and will rebook whenever I need movers.
They called twice prior to the moving day to confirm, were always so kind and helpful on the phone. On the day of the move, their team - arrived 10 minutes early which was great and got right to work. They were so efficient packing and unpacking my apartment until 2.5 hours! Would highly recommend using them based on my experience.
I was really pleased with the whole experience. They arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were very professional and friendly. They made sure to take my furniture apart properly and then put it back together when we got to my new place. Easiest move I have ever had.
Was happy with the service. Ended up splitting the move in two consecutive days and Excellent Van Lines were kind enough to schedule us for the next day as well.
