Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
The moving process was much slower than the estimated timeframe. There seemed to be a lack of coordination between the crew members, which made things take even longer. I also had to supervise several parts of the move. Overall, it was quite stressful.
The movers brought blankets, straps and wrapping materials with them. They were very efficient and took care to move our big furniture. The process was organized though there was a little delay in getting started.
My experience with this moving company was extremely disappointing. What should have been a simple and organized relocation turned into a stressful situation. Communication was poor, and getting clear answers to basic questions was difficult. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and reliable service when trusting a company with their belongings. I would strongly recommend reviewing every detail of the contract before making a commitment.
The crew showed up early and worked quickly and carefully. Moving can be a stressful experience but they made it very easy from start to finish.
We had to store our things for about a month before we could move into our new house. The movers put everything in and clearly labeled it, so it was easy to unpack. Great work!
My furniture had to be stored for a few months before I had a new place to live. I contacted this company, and they delivered for me. Their movers packed and labeled everything so well that unpacking was easy. Thank you very much for your attention to detail!
I was impressed at their shortcut ways to deliver my stuff quickly but carefully of course. So I'll recommend them for their punctuality and smart-efficient moving.
Incredible team! These guys were amazing. They were the most affordable company that I had rcvd quote from five companies. However, they were so helpful and so professional.
Amazing customer service and very reasonable price...would def refer and use again.
I was afraid that my elderly grandmother's antique mirror would get to the other side safely. But no need to worry. The movers put extra padding around it, carefully wrapped it in multiple layers, and placed it in the truck. I couldn't have been happier when I got it in one piece. I can only say thank you to them for taking care of my most precious possession!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review, Harold! Knowing exactly how to handle oddly shaped furniture pieces — taking the time to carefully wrap every single piece — navigating through doorways without a single scratch or dent — and leaving no mark behind on any surface — that is exactly the skilled and meticulous long distance moving experience we strive to deliver on every single move we handle at Direct Relocation Services! Unusually shaped furniture is one of the most genuinely challenging aspects of any move — and the difference between a crew that knows what they are doing and one that does not shows up immediately when the first awkward piece needs to go through a tight doorway. Wrapping every piece individually regardless of shape navigating carefully and delivering everything without a mark means our crew brought real expertise and real patience to one of the most demanding categories of household items we handle.
