Moving company in West Palm Beach, FL
The entire moving day was well organized. We had good communication, crew was friendly and everything was unloaded where it should be.
It was a mission-impossible moving day. I had some old, delicate furniture, a small carpeted staircase, and a tenant breathing down my neck about the scuff marks. However, the movers did all this with great expertise. They thoroughly wrapped each piece, moved like pros through the stairwell, and did everything perfectly. They came up with a fantastic idea and I'll be calling them again for sure!
I had made an appointment with movers for a morning pick up, and timing played a special role for me because I had an afternoon flight. Loading was done efficiently, but I would like to see earlier indication when the window for loading would be.
I appreciated that they didn't leave behind any trash. When they were done, they collected up and removed all of the stretch wrap, the tape roll backing and the other scraps of cardboard.
There are a great deal of things to organize and moving an entire family can be a daunting chore. Delta Moving Group was a great help to get us on track and to lighten our burden. Crew members were very patient, polite and helpful.
There was one last minute piece of furniture that wasn't included on our original inventory list, a large shelving unit and mattress which we thought we would leave at another site but decided to take with us. On the other hand, they quickly made an adjustment and got it loaded on the truck without a problem. The move was hassle-free from beginning to end too. Terrific experience!
First-class service! Our mattresses were covered with protective sheets and given to us in perfect condition. So grateful!
The move consisted of picking up items from a place and dropping them off at another. It was easy and the team was constantly updating us on the process.
We hired them for both packing and moving. They carefully packed and labeled items and no breakage when unpacking. Brilliant job!
We had a lot of furniture built in our house that we wanted to bring with us to the new house, but we didn't know if it would fit. The crew took all the measurements beforehand so we could move in to our new home with perfect placement. They were extremely knowledgeable and would not charge us for their expert knowledge. Very thankful!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Delta Moving Group holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
