The entire staff from the Customer Service representative who answered my initial frantic phone call through the Lead driver on moving day were courteous, empathetic and professional.
It wasn't a joke making the drive with a full truck loaded with things but when the delivery folks arrived in the driveway they were punctual, courteous and ready to work.
What a wonderful experience moving with their moving company! I had everything packed and delivered on my sofa and bookshelf in one piece! Recommended highly!
Over the years we had a lot of furniture, including some very heavy items. The difficult items were handled well and no problems occurred in loading.
Our moving day was a much less stressful affair as the crew was organized. They systematically went through each room and maintained proper arrangement of the truck. When we arrived at the new home, everything was unloaded in a logical order.
Our closing date was pushed back by 24 hours at the last minute and the company loaded our truck and put it in a secure place all night and delivered it first thing the next morning, without any hassle.
The move had to be timed perfectly and it was! They had clean uniforms, spotless trucks and had finished loading and unloading our two bedroom house before sundown.
This was an ‘emergency adjustment' and I was concerned that no one would be available. The business managed to make some work with our timetable, which was fortunately. Movers were ready and dealt with everything professionally, even though they were given a very short notice. We were very relieved with how smoothly it went.

The furniture was being loaded on the truck when a sudden rainstorm during the summer. The movers quickly took out the industrial tarps and made sure everything was covered, ensuring our items all stayed dry. Incredible quick thinking.
