Read More If you have a long distance move like us don't choose this company. We payed more than $8,000 for their service. Before the 30 days of free storage ended, they were trying to charge us for another whole month of storage. (Their storage was just keeping our stuff loaded on a truck for a month in the middle of summer, some things arrived in bad shape because of that). They sent one person to unload all of our stuff and it took him several hours to do the job. Also, he left our walls damaged and dirty because he unloaded the boxes straight to the white walls of the brand new apartment we're renting. A lot of boxes arrived crushed, plastic bins broken, and furniture damaged. They lost one box full of family pictures and frames, and didn't do anything to help us find the box, they just gave us their insurance information and now we have to wait 30-60 days to see if they're reimbursing the loss.

Everything at my arrival into my new home was in pristine condition.
