Moving company in Tarzana, CA
That everything arrived at the new location safely filled me with relief. They devised a strategy and carried it out in line with my move. Many thanks.
When I moved out of my rental, I asked for help transporting boxes and a few personal items. The movers from Cross Country Moving LLC called before arriving and followed my directions perfectly. They loaded and unloaded without hesitation. The process stayed calm and well managed. All my belongings arrived safely and looked just as they did before the move. The team stayed professional and consistent.
My bestie moved from Seattle to Texas and had an aaaamazing experience with Cross Country Movers! On time, quick, and got alllllll the furniture and boxes there safe. Would recommend!
Customer service at this company is the best. When I went, I will never forget how nice the staff was. I talked to James through them, and they were very helpful in explaining everything and giving me all the information I needed for their movers to handle my long-distance move.
I used Cross Country Moving LLC for a long-distance move from San Jose, California to Boise, Idaho, and overall I’m very satisfied with the service. I was a bit nervous choosing interstate movers, but the team was professional and easy to communicate with from the beginning. Pickup was on time, everything was packed carefully, and my items arrived in Boise without any damage. The pricing was fair compared to other cross-country moving companies I checked, and there were no surprises during the process. If you’re looking for reliable long-distance movers from California, I would definitely recommend Cross Country Moving.
Buyer beware. 1 star rating. I told them all my info on the front end, even sent pictures of my small move. They are masters of extortion, as you are vulnerable once you sign. Expect a minimum of 40%+ markup and the company saying "you signed the contract" after no other options are available. They stated that the pick up and deliver were their people, not true, they use third party vendors that are not great either. Shady people. Not honest. Expect poor service once you sign! I wanted this to be smooth but this experience made the process of moving horrible! I hate moving, they made it worse!
Cross country moving great company to move long distance. I moved with cross country movers from Fremont California to Texas with them. Everything arrived in great condition all my boxes and my furniture.
I was so happy with your team's job yesterday that I made sure to tell them all so. Thanks to their outstanding teamwork, they were able to overcome the numerous challenges and unanticipated events that arose during the operation. It would be wonderful if you could just let them know how much you value them.
