Scam company
Truly an awful, scumbag, scam of a company. Our experience was a disaster from the start, when a few days before our move we were contacted by quality control who added an additional $2,000 to our originally quoted price. Upon arrival, the moving company that they sent (this is another story... they told us that they weren't a van line company. They absolutely are.) charged us even MORE money at the door for our items. It was clear that the strategy on the sales team (our rep was Matthew) is to grossly underestimate your cubic feet to upsell you when you are desperate. In addition, they maintain a good rating on BBB (somehow), however they contract with moving companies that have F ratings, and you have no idea who you are getting until they show up at your door. When our items arrived at our destination, the company first tried to charge us an extra $1400 because they claimed that their truck wouldn't fit. This was not true. We provided photo evidence that the truck had an extremely wide area to park directly in front of our house yet they still insisted they charge us. I was able to haggle that down to $750, but it still felt like I was being scammed. Onto the actual items that were delivered...it was a disaster. Dozens of our items were broken beyond repair. One table was literally cracked in half down the middle. We were PROMISED that our furniture would be carefully wrapped and moved, but this was not the case. It is costing us hundreds of dollars to replace what they broke. I tried to make a claim on the damages, but I was told that I could only get $60 back. When I asked for a detailed report of how they got to that number, I received an automated email. All in all, the move itself cost double what Matthew originally quoted me. This is not counting all the furniture and items that were broken. Do not touch this company with a ten foot pole. I am out thousands of dollars due to their malicious practices.

Couldn't have gone better.
Moving was a pain, but these movers made it easier to handle. They knew a lot, were polite, and showed care. They carefully packed the car after covering their furniture with blankets to keep it safe. You can be sure that I will use their services again! Thank you very much

Country Mile Moving, LLC and it was pretty darn fantastic. The movers showed up right on time, and they were a friendly bunch. They really put in the effort to wrap and pack my furniture like it was their own. They even offered to help me get rid of stuff I didn't need. And the packing supplies they used? Top of the line, no doubt about it. Everything made it in one piece.

Absolutely reliable!!
We sent a large quantity of old clothes for a fashion upcycling project. We had about 50 boxes full of clothes so we got Country Mile to deliver them for us. They took the load from here in Augusta GA and delivered it to Madison WI. It was a good price and they did it very quickly.

Fraud! Stay away or you will have your items held hostage!!
Fraud!! This company will try to charge you for using more cubic ft than was actually used. Thye brought a 1700 Cubic Sq ft trailer and then tried to say they used 2500 plus cubic square feet. Thye then demanded more money and when i refused to pay because I documented everything and knew they didn't use that space they pulled off from our house in Florida and are not holding our items hostage. I do not want anyone to go through what we are so please do not use this company. We are currently in the legal process of getting our items back. We paid over 11k and they wanted to charge 17K for adding 100 boxes they never used. I never write reviews but wnat people to know how bad this company is. I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away!!!

I had to move in the middle of a nasty divorce from hell. Everything was confused and chaotic. The only thing that made any sense was the actual move. The company I booked pretty much on the fly was Country Mile. They were very sensitive and read the room instantly and were able to accommodate the delicate situation. I left in a big fight which I'm surprised they didn't drop everything and run away from. They were quite professional, quick, and cost-effective. Thank you. You really came through for me.

Very Poor Service and Inaccurate Quotes
Please Do Not Use This Company AT All! The service was very poor, the communication was even more poor, we talked to one person and made a payment to get the move started, then that person was fired and our original payment and plans were not honored at all and more money was requested on the spot to continue the process. We received no actual move date and time, we had to wait around for days. Then they called the day of the move to schedule the load of the truck well after business hours in a very inconvenient manner. Please save yourself a headache, and choose another moving company!

I had a bunch of vintage furniture to take from my grandparents' old house in Tacoma WA and get them shipped to my house here in Arlington TX. I made the reservation for the shipment with Country Mile and they did it very well. They even delivered before their predicted delivery time.

Really fast and really cheap. I'm impressed.
I sold a bedroom suit and needed to ship it to the buyer. It ended up being a cross country move from VA to PA. I got Country Mile to do the packing and shipping and they delivered the following day. Really fast and really cheap. I'm impressed.

Friendly and helpful guys!
The loading and unloading went without a hitch. Unpacking was a snap since they arranged every box and piece of furniture where we wanted it.
