Great Care was taken

We are a family of 4 with a dog and a cat. We moved from Lauderdale FL to Fairfax VA. We had to empty out a 3 bedroom house with a garage front and back yard. What could have been a very stressful chaotic event ended up being an operation that went smoothly and with no special events or accidents. I'm happy I moved with Country Mile they made it possible. 5 stars.

We were grateful to have him in charge of our move

I Got a bunch of cat towers from a shelter that shut down and just ended up giving them away for free if I pay for the shipping. I have my own shelter here and I really needed them. Country Mile handled the shipping for me and They picked up from IL and brought everything to PA in 5 days. Thank you!

Thank you

I had to move in the middle of a nasty divorce from hell. Everything was confused and chaotic. The only thing that made any sense was the actual move. The company I booked pretty much on the fly was Country Mile. They were very sensitive and read the room instantly and were able to accommodate the delicate situation. I left in a big fight which I'm surprised they didn't drop everything and run away from. They were quite professional, quick, and cost-effective. Thank you. You really came through for me.

Good work

Great work, team! When the guys moved the furniture, they were very attentive. The driver parked a closed truck on the parking plot and helped movers to load my heavy furniture.

Fraud! Stay away or you will have your items held hostage!!

Fraud!! This company will try to charge you for using more cubic ft than was actually used. Thye brought a 1700 Cubic Sq ft trailer and then tried to say they used 2500 plus cubic square feet. Thye then demanded more money and when i refused to pay because I documented everything and knew they didn't use that space they pulled off from our house in Florida and are not holding our items hostage. I do not want anyone to go through what we are so please do not use this company. We are currently in the legal process of getting our items back. We paid over 11k and they wanted to charge 17K for adding 100 boxes they never used. I never write reviews but wnat people to know how bad this company is. I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away!!!

Very Poor Service and Inaccurate Quotes

Please Do Not Use This Company AT All! The service was very poor, the communication was even more poor, we talked to one person and made a payment to get the move started, then that person was fired and our original payment and plans were not honored at all and more money was requested on the spot to continue the process. We received no actual move date and time, we had to wait around for days. Then they called the day of the move to schedule the load of the truck well after business hours in a very inconvenient manner. Please save yourself a headache, and choose another moving company!

Friendly and helpful guys!

Wow, these guys are great; thanks a lot!

Country Mile Moving, LLC and it was pretty darn fantastic. The movers showed up right on time, and they were a friendly bunch. They really put in the effort to wrap and pack my furniture like it was their own. They even offered to help me get rid of stuff I didn't need. And the packing supplies they used? Top of the line, no doubt about it. Everything made it in one piece.

NJ to MA

We hired Country Mile because of the decent price as we had a limited budget. They weren't the cheapest but they felt the safest for our move. So they did our move from NJ to MA a couple of weeks ago. We got everything in good condition. Thank you.
