We were moving my younger brother into his first house, and we didn’t really know what we were doing. But the team from Community Moving took charge of the situation, and it was like they knew we were clueless.
This occurred during a very stressful time in my personal life. I didn’t have much emotional energy left. Community Moving handled everything in a professional and calm manner. The crew did not add to my stress.
I ran a small business from home, and I was worried about moving equipment safely. The movers asked specific questions about which boxes were priority.
It was one of the most chilling weeks of the winter season. It was freezing, and the air was icicles. I felt so bad for the team as I watched them work in such weather. Nevertheless, not once did I see them complain.
They measured doorways, organized furniture arrangements in advance, and strictly adhered to my instructions. Each box was labeled, and delicate items were packed with additional cushioning. Nothing was scratched or broken. They moved like a well-oiled machine, working in perfect harmony with each other.
The pickup was well organized. They kept me updated on the status of my stuff as it was being moved. It was delivered on time. All my boxes were delivered safely. It made my new beginning less daunting.
Over the years, I had accumulated a collection of artwork, some of which had unique shapes and were quite fragile. I was quite apprehensive about how they would be moved. Fortunately, Community Moving was very well equipped with special padding materials for each of the artworks.
The crew was on time, polite, and rapid when it came to packing us up and bringing our things to us. They knew how stressful a military transfer might be and did everything they could to make it simpler for us. A really great firm that works well with the military.
I was moving from a studio to a bigger house, and I thought this was going to be quite easy. However, I was also stressed about it. However, the team made it feel like it was even easier than I had thought. They did it in an efficient manner and did not make a big deal out of anything. It felt like a no-drama experience from the beginning to the end.
