Moving company in Hallandale, FL
They broke a leg off my antique rocking chair. It’s a family heirloom, and now it’s basically just a lopsided chunk of wood. They told me they don’t cover “antique damage.
I was anxious about hiring movers since my relocation was a disaster. However, this company's movers were well-organized, punctual, and careful. I was really amazed that they even transported my grand piano without any problems. I would definitely hire them again if I ever moved!
Both David and William were a pleasure to collaborate with and an expert in their fields. They could see we were nervous about the change on the first day and told us to relax since they would handle all the details. Obviously, they made the right decision.
Their experts were well-prepared and worked like a well-oiled machine. They used dollies, straps, and pads to keep everything secure. Not one item ended up with scratches or chips. Plus, their upbeat attitude made the entire day a lot less stressful. They checked in frequently to ensure I was happy with the placement of my furniture, and they didn’t leave until I gave the okay. Worth every penny, without a doubt.
A crew who was gentle, professional, and kind came to help. My move was not easy, but the crew made it a done in the blink of an eye. They packed everything, every item carefully themselves. The packaging materials included wrapping sheets, bubble wraps, flexible tapes, pages, and glue for labels it was all first-rate quality. The movers were just exceptional, super-efficient, hard-working, and courteous. They made the move quite easy for me and my family. Thank you, Cita Van lines. Keep up the good work.
Cita Van lines took care of everything, from disassembly to reassembly, so I didn't have to lift a finger. You two have my undivided recommendation.
A 10/10 experience! I own several high-end furniture pieces, and I was worried about damage during my recent relocation. But these movers used custom padding and handled everything with the utmost precision. My furniture arrived in pristine condition!
Like clockwork, the crew meticulously packed and loaded all of the items. They treated my belongings with the utmost care, especially my artwork and mirrors, which meant a lot to me. They loaded everything into the van after wrapping and fastening it. It was a simple and efficient procedure from start to finish.
Today, Cita Van lines helped us clean up some office space. Astounded by the men's efficiency, courtesy, and speed, I watched them load the trucks. In addition to the garbage cans, there was also a grand piano that needed to be moved. The men were great to be around, despite the heat and the heavy loads they were carrying; they were humorous and upbeat.
I relocated from TX to NY, and I was terrified of the logistics. But Cita Van lines kept me updated with real-time tracking and gave me the direct number for my driver, James, who checked in every few hours. The best part? Nothing was missing, and nothing was broken. They used climate-controlled storage for my belongings since I had a week gap between moving out and moving in. Cita Van lines made an overwhelming process feel manageable and stress-free.
