Moving company in Hallandale, FL
A 10/10 experience! I own several high-end furniture pieces, and I was worried about damage during my recent relocation. But these movers used custom padding and handled everything with the utmost precision. My furniture arrived in pristine condition!
I had a few unusual items to move, including a pool table and a vintage jukebox. The movers brought specialized equipment to handle the weight and bulk of these items. They disassembled the pool table with care, labeling each piece for easy reassembly. The jukebox was wrapped in thick blankets, and they placed it securely in the truck with straps to hold it in place. Everything arrived intact, and they set it all up perfectly at the new house.
Moving day turned out to be a downpour, but the team we hired from this company came prepared. They had plastic covers for my furniture and floor runners to keep my new home clean. Everything stayed dry and intact, thanks to their efficiency!
What a wonderful time I spent with this moving company. My crew was genuine, professional and competent from beginning to end. Working with David and his team was a pleasure, and I will hire them for my future relocation.
A crew who was gentle, professional, and kind came to help. My move was not easy, but the crew made it a done in the blink of an eye. They packed everything, every item carefully themselves. The packaging materials included wrapping sheets, bubble wraps, flexible tapes, pages, and glue for labels it was all first-rate quality. The movers were just exceptional, super-efficient, hard-working, and courteous. They made the move quite easy for me and my family. Thank you, Cita Van lines. Keep up the good work.
They broke a leg off my antique rocking chair. It’s a family heirloom, and now it’s basically just a lopsided chunk of wood. They told me they don’t cover “antique damage.
The movers handled all of my possessions with care. My exquisite porcelain teacups were among the many fragile items in my kitchen that Michael bubble-wrapped. Rodney filled up any gaps in the boxes with packing peanuts to keep things safe during the move. I'm happy to have them.
At 11 am, the crew showed up, politely introduced themselves, and started packing and loading our things into the 120-foot truck. Because of their upbeat attitude, the entire relocation procedure was stress-free. I am much obliged.
I relocated from TX to NY, and I was terrified of the logistics. But Cita Van lines kept me updated with real-time tracking and gave me the direct number for my driver, James, who checked in every few hours. The best part? Nothing was missing, and nothing was broken. They used climate-controlled storage for my belongings since I had a week gap between moving out and moving in. Cita Van lines made an overwhelming process feel manageable and stress-free.
I had a very positive experience with Cita Van lines. Everyone in the company, from the beginning to the end, was professional and efficient. They clearly care about their customers and do a great job. I highly recommend them.
