Trustworthy Movers
I relocated from TX to NY, and I was terrified of the logistics. But Cita Van lines kept me updated with real-time tracking and gave me the direct number for my driver, James, who checked in every few hours. The best part? Nothing was missing, and nothing was broken. They used climate-controlled storage for my belongings since I had a week gap between moving out and moving in. Cita Van lines made an overwhelming process feel manageable and stress-free.

Very hard working group of guys
I was anxious about hiring movers since my relocation was a disaster. However, this company's movers were well-organized, punctual, and careful. I was really amazed that they even transported my grand piano without any problems. I would definitely hire them again if I ever moved!

FLAWLESSLY!!
We moved into a high-security apartment complex with strict elevator schedules and loading dock rules. Thankfully, the movers coordinated everything seamlessly, arrived exactly on time and followed all regulations without a hitch. They made our transition a breeze!

Friendly and helpful guys!
We had a tight schedule because my new building had strict rules for using the elevator, but the team assured me they would finish on time. They called in more helpers to assist with packing, and they worked very quickly. All of my furniture and valuable items were handled with great care. I definitely recommend using Cita Van lines. I won't use any other company in the future!

Extremely professional gentlemen.
Although it seemed like a tremendous undertaking, Cita Van lines greatly simplified my cross-country migration. Through their services, I was able to contact with experienced long-distance movers who were well-versed in the necessary paperwork and highway navigation. It seemed as if I were moving next door instead of across the country!

would suggest them without any hesitation
Our move was amazing thanks to Cita Van lines. It was a challenging job, and we had two GREAT professional movers who worked efficiently and quickly, all while wrapping our furniture very carefully. They put down protective floor runners in both our old and new place so the floors wouldn't get damaged. Additionally, all our furniture and belongings made it to our new place without any damage. The movers also managed to get our very wide couch through the door at our new place, which we were initially worried about. The movers were very professional, and the company responds quickly!

Terrible Service
They broke a leg off my antique rocking chair. It’s a family heirloom, and now it’s basically just a lopsided chunk of wood. They told me they don’t cover “antique damage.
