Above and Beyond
We couldn't have asked for anything more all through our recent experience. David and his team were very respectful of our valuables and property, and they carefully placed down mats and rugs to ensure that nothing was harmed. They also hauled everything on trailers so as not to damage our property. They were also considerate enough to tidy up before leaving. We are glad we hired them!

Brave Movers
Cita Van lines provided us with first-rate service. Throughout, everything proceeded as expected. The quote we received from Justin was unchanged when he came to give us the estimate. Any time I emailed or called, he responded immediately. Additionally, Christopher our moving coordinator, was fantastic. He gave us step-by-step instructions and kept us informed throughout the process. The loading and unloading of our goods took place on the appointed day. There is no danger! The change from TX to DE was considerably easier because of them. They come highly recommended from me.

Very professional and caring.
I was impressed with how quickly and carefully Cita Van lines moved my apartment. They arrived early, got straight to work, and had everything loaded up in no time. At my new place, they were just as efficient, unloading and setting up my furniture with care. They made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Great job!

They helped us do our move quickly
The kitchen was the hardest part of the move for me—so many fragile items and odd-shaped appliances. Cita Van lines packing service was exactly what I needed. They came prepared with boxes for dishes, glasses, and even my blender. The movers wrapped each plate individually and placed dividers between them. They labeled the boxes with a note about how best to unpack them, which was helpful. When we arrived at the new house, everything was intact, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they took.

Extremely professional gentlemen.
Although it seemed like a tremendous undertaking, Cita Van lines greatly simplified my cross-country migration. Through their services, I was able to contact with experienced long-distance movers who were well-versed in the necessary paperwork and highway navigation. It seemed as if I were moving next door instead of across the country!

Terrible Service
They broke a leg off my antique rocking chair. It’s a family heirloom, and now it’s basically just a lopsided chunk of wood. They told me they don’t cover “antique damage.

A crew who was gentle, professional, and kind came to help. My move was not easy, but the crew made it a done in the blink of an eye. They packed everything, every item carefully themselves. The packaging materials included wrapping sheets, bubble wraps, flexible tapes, pages, and glue for labels it was all first-rate quality. FLAWLESSLY!!
We moved into a high-security apartment complex with strict elevator schedules and loading dock rules. Thankfully, the movers coordinated everything seamlessly, arrived exactly on time and followed all regulations without a hitch. They made our transition a breeze!

Top-notch!
The arrival time of the movers was very tough for me. They came early and worked hard, but knowing that would have been helpful. There were three bedrooms in our house. Five movers hauled a gigantic vehicle. The entire group was skillful and courteous. The person carefully and smartly dismantled and mantled my sleigh bed. They had a toolbox that they used to reassemble my entire furniture. These guys are outstanding and superb in every way. Many thanks!
