Moving company in Hallandale, FL
The three-person moving team moved everything into my new three-bedroom flat in about five hours. Thanks to careful wrapping and sealing, everything arrived very safely. My makeup was safely packed and placed in the padded boxes. You guys are amazing.
My elderly parents were moving from their home of 40 years, and Cita Van lines handled the move with patience and care. The movers were so respectful, making sure my parents were comfortable throughout the entire process. They helped pack up some of the more sentimental items, like my mom’s collection of family photo albums, with utmost care. The service was compassionate and professional—exactly what we needed during such an emotional time.
We couldn't have asked for anything more all through our recent experience. David and his team were very respectful of our valuables and property, and they carefully placed down mats and rugs to ensure that nothing was harmed. They also hauled everything on trailers so as not to damage our property. They were also considerate enough to tidy up before leaving. We are glad we hired them!
The kitchen was the hardest part of the move for me—so many fragile items and odd-shaped appliances. Cita Van lines packing service was exactly what I needed. They came prepared with boxes for dishes, glasses, and even my blender. The movers wrapped each plate individually and placed dividers between them. They labeled the boxes with a note about how best to unpack them, which was helpful. When we arrived at the new house, everything was intact, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they took.
Our recent relocation into our three-bedroom flat went off without a hitch. Cita Van lines did an outstanding job communicating both before and throughout the transition. Robert informed us of his arrival with the team 2 hours before the appointed time, kept us updated on the progress of our belongings' delivery, and even called us after delivery to ensure we received everything on time. His communication game was on another level. We applaud him for all the assistance he provided!
I relocated from TX to NY, and I was terrified of the logistics. But Cita Van lines kept me updated with real-time tracking and gave me the direct number for my driver, James, who checked in every few hours. The best part? Nothing was missing, and nothing was broken. They used climate-controlled storage for my belongings since I had a week gap between moving out and moving in. Cita Van lines made an overwhelming process feel manageable and stress-free.
These movers didn't miss a beat. From the moment they arrived, they were focused on the task at hand, carefully assessing each item before packing it away. They took the time to wrap fragile items in bubble wrap and secure them in sturdy boxes, ensuring they arrived at my new place intact. They made sure each box ended up in the right room. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every little detail.
I needed to transport a delicate heirloom – a century-old porcelain vase. The moving specialist arrived to assess the item and decided to construct a custom wooden crate lined with foam. They even installed a shock sensor to monitor handling during transit. On moving day, the vase was given a convoy, with one vehicle in front and one behind the truck carrying the crate. Upon delivery, they carefully unpacked the vase in my presence, ensuring it arrived in pristine condition.
Both David and William were a pleasure to collaborate with and an expert in their fields. They could see we were nervous about the change on the first day and told us to relax since they would handle all the details. Obviously, they made the right decision.
They broke a leg off my antique rocking chair. It’s a family heirloom, and now it’s basically just a lopsided chunk of wood. They told me they don’t cover “antique damage.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Cita Van lines holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
