Moving company in Hallandale, FL
Cita Van lines is always there for professional movers. In order to complete the task on time, the crew came early and worked very hard. Everyone on the crew was really nice and willing to lend a hand.
The office personnel were really kind when I needed to change the date of my relocation. I would definitely recommend them.
A crew who was gentle, professional, and kind came to help. My move was not easy, but the crew made it a done in the blink of an eye. They packed everything, every item carefully themselves. The packaging materials included wrapping sheets, bubble wraps, flexible tapes, pages, and glue for labels it was all first-rate quality. The movers were just exceptional, super-efficient, hard-working, and courteous. They made the move quite easy for me and my family. Thank you, Cita Van lines. Keep up the good work.
They packed our kitchen items, carefully wrapping each plate and glass with paper. Nothing was broken upon arrival.
I relocated from TX to NY, and I was terrified of the logistics. But Cita Van lines kept me updated with real-time tracking and gave me the direct number for my driver, James, who checked in every few hours. The best part? Nothing was missing, and nothing was broken. They used climate-controlled storage for my belongings since I had a week gap between moving out and moving in. Cita Van lines made an overwhelming process feel manageable and stress-free.
Both David and William were a pleasure to collaborate with and an expert in their fields. They could see we were nervous about the change on the first day and told us to relax since they would handle all the details. Obviously, they made the right decision.
They broke a leg off my antique rocking chair. It’s a family heirloom, and now it’s basically just a lopsided chunk of wood. They told me they don’t cover “antique damage.
I've moved a lot over the years, but Paul, John, and James were on a whole other level. These guys were amazing from start to finish, and I can't thank them enough for making my move so smooth.
Moving day turned out to be a downpour, but the team we hired from this company came prepared. They had plastic covers for my furniture and floor runners to keep my new home clean. Everything stayed dry and intact, thanks to their efficiency!
The worst service provider I've dealt with in a long time--maybe in my whole life. They tried to overcharge me at every step of the move. For example, all my stuff fit in their truck upon pickup. Yet, they charged me for a volume that was above their truck's capacity. I could only revert this overcharge after 3 hours on the phone. Then, they sold my load to another driver for delivery. This driver simply left my house before finishing the job, saying he was too tired. Also, many items were broken upon arrival, but they refused to take any responsibility. Stay away from this company if you can.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Cita Van lines holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
