Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Very happy with the overall experience! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely helpful. They made sure our belongings were safely loaded and unloaded and even helped with some basic arrangements at the new house. Great job by everyone!
The delivery was delayed and I did not receive clear updates about when my belongings would arrive. This made it difficult to plan around the move. When the items finally arrived, the unloading process was also slow. It was a frustrating experience overall.
Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.
The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.

We had a good experience with the moving crew. They were friendly, careful, and respectful of our home. I especially liked how they protected the corners and door frames while bringing furniture inside. Some of the boxes looked a little worn by the time they arrived, but the contents were fine. Overall, the move was completed without major problems.
The team worked hard and handled our belongings better than expected. They were careful with the sofa, tables, and heavier boxes and did not try to rush through the difficult parts. The estimated timing was slightly off, which made planning a little harder, but they kept us updated and completed the move correctly.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
I was disappointed with the way some of my furniture was handled. A few pieces were moved without enough protection, and I noticed marks afterward. The crew seemed more focused on finishing quickly than being careful. I expected better handling.
This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
