Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Brightside Moving Group LLC helped me move across town on a rainy morning. They worked straight through the weather and stayed positive the whole time, which really helped keep my nerves down.
I was nervous about moving day, but this team exceeded my expectations. From the first call to the final box, everything was handled with care. They wrapped my furniture, labeled boxes, and even gave tips for organizing my belongings. The truck was clean, and the movers were friendly and efficient. If you want a stress-free experience, this is the company to choose.
The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.
The movers packed boxes, rolled rugs, and handled a few large appliances. They didn't rush but worked at a consistent pace all morning. It was easy to see they knew what they were doing. The job finished before noon, and the cleanup was simple.
I had a terrible experience with this moving company and do NOT recommend them to anyone. They moved my furniture from Charlotte to Dallas, and from start to finish the service was completely unprofessional. After everything was already loaded and delivered, they suddenly charged extra fees that were never clearly explained upfront. This felt dishonest and like a bait-and-switch. On top of that, one of my items is missing from my storage, and I still have not received it. Communication afterward was poor, and they did not take responsibility or provide a clear solution. Moving is already stressful, and this company made it much worse with surprise charges, missing items, and lack of professionalism. If you value your money, your time, and your belongings, stay far away from this company.
This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
Our restaurant needs to move kitchen items to a new branch. The movers handled it early in the morning to avoid busy hours. They packed and loaded quickly, kept the area clean, and finished on schedule.
