Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
Such an incredible performance with an absolutely outstanding level of confidence and style. The way you move, maintain your flow, and express your personality through every step makes your talent even more impressive. It is always refreshing to see someone perform with so much passion and determination. Keep moving forward, because your hard work and commitment can take you to places beyond your imagination.
This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!
Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.
***DO NOT LISTEN TO THE 5-STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL FAKE*** I wish I could give negative 100 stars. Do not give this company your money if you want your items delivered in any sort of a timely manner, or if you do not have a degree in investigative journalism, because the second they cash your check there is absolutely no follow-up or exchange of information on the whereabouts of your items or any kind of ETA. This company is a moving, which means they will outsource your contract to whatever poor excuse for a moving company they can find, who will then arrive late to pick up your things and then proceed to hold on to them for weeks past the estimated delivery time. We were told we could expect our items within 7 business days of 8/11/26. It is now 8/24/26 and the company that has had our items STILL has not found a driver to deliver to us, and have no answers as to how soon they will get that taken care of (seems pretty counterintuitive of a moving company to not have any available drivers...). We have been sleeping on a mattress pad on the floor for two weeks now because our bed is part of that load, and there is no indication on how much longer we will have to do this for. You are so much better off paying the money to transport your goods yourself via Uhaul, TRUST ME.
This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
Our garage was packed with bikes, tools, and random boxes we forgot we owned. The movers sorted it all without complaining once. They labeled each box so we could find things later. It was such a relief to see everything handled so neatly.
We couldn't have managed this move without their help! There were several large pieces of furniture that we simply couldn't move ourselves. The crew came in with the right experience and handled everything confidently. They were careful around walls, doors, and floors and made sure the furniture was protected during transportation. Everything went exactly as we hoped, and we are extremely satisfied with their service.
We had a sudden move from AL to NJ because of my job transfer. The movers showed up early in the morning, ready with boxes and blankets. They packed our things so fast, but still stayed careful. When we got to the new place, they set everything up the same way as it was before.
