Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Greg was my point of contact at Brightside Moving Group and he was quick to respond and really went the extra mile to get my house sale over the line at a mutually beneficial price point.
I had a terrible experience with Brightside Moving Group LLC. They delayed my move and charged me extra fees that were never disclosed. I feel completely scammed and would not recommend them.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.
This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Thank you so much, and my best wishes to you all. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brightside Moving Group to anyone wanting to sell a property. They are outstanding!
have used this service twice before and they are very good at what they do. Just beware of the persons they sent sometimes they’re foreigners and it’s super hard to communicate with them. They messed up my last move and would not make it right. They told me to put a claim online and wait. If you will work with this company make sure to put everything in an email and make sure to be on top of the movers every single minute because if they mess up the won’t make it right. On top of that they asked for a tip…. Terrible customer service.
I suppose this is my fault. This is the first time I've used a moving company without a quote. Their refusal to give a quote resulted in a bill over twice what I expected based on similar moves. Because they charge by the hour, they can take their time ,which they did. It wasn't a bad job, but my advice is to never use a company without a quote.
These guys think ok professional moves my and last my distance relocation to a whole new level. By far the deserv way more than 5 stars. Thank you so much Brightside Moving Group.!!
