Customer Highlights

I am very satisfied and polite.

The movers arrived right at 7 in the morning, and they were ready to work immediately. They were very quiet and respectful of my neighbors while they were loading the truck in the driveway. Jerry even helped me move a heavy rug that I had struggled with for weeks before they arrived. I am very satisfied with the polite attitude and the hard work of the entire crew.

Well Done!

Your moves are not just impressive; they reflect the confidence, practice, and dedication that you put into your craft. The way everything comes together so beautifully makes your performance enjoyable from beginning to end. You have a natural ability to capture attention and leave a lasting impression. Keep following your passion, stay focused on your goals, and let your talent continue to speak for itself.

It felt more like teamwork than hiring a service.

Last month, I had to move a bunch of stuff out of my art studio into a small rental. It wasn’t a huge load, but the items were awkward to carry and needed extra care. I found a local team to help, and they showed up on time and got to it without turning it into a big deal. They wrapped up my canvas racks and moved all my materials without breaking anything.

It was a successful day.

My experience with this service was solid yesterday. Those men were strong, and they managed to finish the entire project before the heat became too much to handle. It was a successful day.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!

Humble and Best Team!

The team helped us move equipment and supplies from our main shop from NE to TN. They arrived early, started with the heavier gear, and asked where each section should go in the new place. Some of the setup had to change on the spot, and they adjusted without complaints. By the afternoon, all items were in and ready to use, which allowed us to open the new space on time without any issues.

Terrible Service.

My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.

Thanks again for being my moving superheroes!

I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.

Exceptional service and great teamwork!

Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.

I would recommend it to anyone planning a move.

From the first phone call to when they carried the last box in, the whole move from NY to IN was easy. The people in the office explained things well. The movers showed up on time and worked hard all day. There were no surprises on the bill, nothing got broken, and there was no stress. Sometimes you just need a move to go smoothly without any problems, and that’s exactly what happened here.
