Customer Highlights

It was a good day of work.

I moved my home office and bedroom to a new apartment across town. I had a lot of computer monitors and a heavy wooden desk. Brightside Moving Group LLC arrived on time, and they had plenty of padding for my electronics. They carried the desk down two flights of stairs without hitting the walls. Everything was set up in my new place by the afternoon. I am happy that none of my screens were cracked during the drive.

They just moved what was there. I followed them to the new spot.

I moved my dental office to a new building across the street last Friday. We have very expensive chairs and delicate tools that need careful handling. Brightside Moving Group LLC used special crates for our equipment, and they were very careful with the power cords. They moved the heavy office desks and the reception furniture very quickly. I was able to get the office ready for patients by Monday morning because they worked so fast.

It still arrived safely.

My move involved a one-bedroom place with narrow hallways and a heavy bed frame. The movers figured out the angles without scratching the walls. They worked steadily and talked things through when something felt tight. One box was delayed in loading, but it still arrived safely.

Once it was done, the area was ready to use again.

I used them for a commercial move, and it went fine from start to finish. Equipment and furniture were handled carefully, even with stairs involved. I didn’t have to stand around watching or correcting things. The crew worked through the space in a steady way and kept things moving. Once it was done, the area was ready to use again.

They did a great job from start to end

This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!

Very professional and caring.

Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.

I will use them again if I ever need to move.

I had to move out of my studio apartment and into a bigger house last weekend. I had about forty boxes and a large sofa that did not fit in my car. The movers loaded the truck in less than an hour. They even helped me take the legs off my kitchen table so it would fit through the door. It was a hot day, but the guys worked hard until the truck was empty.
