Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
I had to move out of my apartment at the end of the month and was busy working. The movers respected my schedule and also packed. They labeled each box, took the fragile items out and taped up all my electronics. I hardly had to do much. They were very efficient and saved me a lot of stress!
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My experience with Brightside Moving Group has been so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. My move with this company was one of the bad experiences I’ve ever had. Not only were there multiple issues during the move itself, but I also had to spend significant time, documentation, and money to properly submit a damage reimbursement claim through their required process. My claim was submitted through Anthem Claims, and as of today, nearly four years later, I still have not received the reimbursement I was promised. I was even asked for my Venmo by a representative last year, who confirmed payment was coming, yet nothing ever arrived. Since then, I’ve emailed and called repeatedly and have not received a single meaningful update or resolution. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is shocking. If you value your belongings, your time, and your sanity, I highly recommend choosing a different moving company.
The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.
I was, of course, a little nervous about moving day because I have a number of musical instruments. All cases were handled properly, and nothing was placed where it did not belong. All the items were received in good condition. This is exactly what I was looking for:
This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!
This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
This consisted of many boxes and some furniture that hadn't been dismantled. The movers disassembled on-site, put all the screws in labeled bags, and taped them to the large items to ensure they were not lost. Simple, clean and efficient. I was happy that I didn't have to do it alone this time!
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
This company assisted with our move last weekend on a sweltering afternoon. They moved without hesitation or dragging, kept themselves hydrated and cared for our property. They did not skimp on any weather, even during the worst of it. All items were received on time, and none were damaged. Kudos to their hard work and dedication!
