Best Service!!

I booked Brightside Moving Group for a local move after my friend recommended them. My last moving company was always late. This group texted me thirty minutes before arrival. That was a good first sign. They wrapped my mattress and sofa in clean plastic wrap right away. They didn't drag anything. My new place is on the second floor, and they carried everything up without banging the stairs.

I am very satisfied and polite.

The movers arrived right at 7 in the morning, and they were ready to work immediately. They were very quiet and respectful of my neighbors while they were loading the truck in the driveway. Jerry even helped me move a heavy rug that I had struggled with for weeks before they arrived. I am very satisfied with the polite attitude and the hard work of the entire crew.

Overall, a wonderful experience

The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.

The service was so dependable from start to finish.

I moved from a furnished place and needed help with heavy furniture only. The movers focused on those pieces and did not waste time. They tightened loose parts before loading and secured everything properly. One dresser drawer needed taping, which they handled on the spot. The service was so dependable from start to finish.

Terrible Service.

My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.

I’d definitely keep them in mind for next time.

The move was because I needed more space for my work, and the team handled it well. They arrived on time and packed the items properly. Loading didn’t take long, and the truck was clean. The movers were able to offload all the things without delays and placed the boxes where I asked.

Very professional and caring.

Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.

Fast, Careful, Long Distance

Had to move out of my apartment on short notice, and I was kind of stressed about how it’d go. The crew showed up right on time and didn’t waste a second. They got right to it, and before I knew it, the truck was packed. What I liked most was how relaxed the vibe was. No one was rushing or dragging their feet. Just calm, quick work. I’d definitely call these moving companies again next time I need to move.
