The elevator broke in my building on moving day. The team from Brightside Moving Group had to carry everything down four flights of stairs. They didn't complain once and got to work. They were careful and took breaks to not rush. Everything made it down safely. I tipped them well because they absolutely earned it.

The move was handled with real care.

After closing on our new house, we realized the old owners had left a pool table. We didn't want it. I called and asked if they could just haul it away. They came the next day, took it apart, and removed it.

It was a very smooth experience.

Solid 5 star service for my move. I had a lot of bulky items like a trampoline and a large sectional sofa that needed to be taken apart to fit through the door. The movers brought their own tools and had everything dismantled and loaded in about 2 hours. They were very careful with the upholstery and used plenty of shrink wrap to keep the white fabric clean. It was a very smooth experience.

They did a great job from start to end

This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!

I was relieved to find everything in perfect condition.

The guys were at my door right at 8 AM, ready to go. I was impressed with how they navigated the narrow hallway without hitting any of the light fixtures. They spent most of the morning loading the truck and made sure everything was tied down tight so it wouldn't move during the drive. It was a relief to see them take the job seriously and not just rush through it. They even helped me position the sofa twice because I couldn't decide on the spot.
