I would absolutely never recommend this company.

This company completely failed to deliver the professional moving service they advertised. Communication was poor from the start, and nobody explained that the delivery date was only an estimate for finding a driver rather than an actual arrival date. My belongings were delayed for days, causing significant inconvenience and unexpected expenses. When I discovered missing items, customer support became defensive and refused to take responsibility. I spent weeks calling different departments before someone finally agreed to help. The entire experience was exhausting, frustrating, and far more stressful than it needed to be. I would absolutely never recommend this company.

They did a great job from start to end

This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
