We had a really positive experience with the moving crew. They arrived on time, were very respectful, and handled all of our belongings carefully. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.
From start to finish, the entire moving process was handled very professionally. The company was easy to communicate with before the move, and the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked as a team and kept everything organized while loading the truck. We were especially impressed by how carefully they handled our larger furniture and fragile boxes. At delivery, they worked just as hard and made sure everything was placed properly. Nothing was damaged or misplaced, and we were extremely satisfied with the service.
This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Unfortunately, the move took much longer than I was originally told. The crew seemed rushed during parts of the loading process. Communication throughout the day could have been much clearer. I was not fully satisfied with the service.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
