Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
When relocating my mother to her new home, Scott made sure her items were treated carefully. The staff stayed patient throughout the day and followed our requests exactly, which made the move comfortable for her.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!
The team from Brightside Moving Group helped me with a move on the same day. They didn't waste time and managed the loading efficiently. I liked how they labeled everything to make unpacking easier later.
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
The move with this crew went better than I expected. The team stayed focused the whole time and handled each item properly. They followed instructions and placed things where I asked them to.
Scammers. I would give them a bad rating if I could. This is the firm for you if you want to be handled completely disrespectfully, pay twice what was estimated on the day of pick-up, and may not receive your stuff for weeks at a time with minimal communication! Look elsewhere if you want to engage with knowledgeable, accommodating customer service agents, receive excellent service and communication, and at the at least be reimbursed for the harm they have caused to your belongings (I have a claim from more than a year ago that hasn't been paid out). Before you ever contemplate this company, check them out on the Better Business Bureau if you don't think I'm telling the truth.
We moved my parents into a smaller home after 30 years. The movers worked patiently, wrapped every fragile item, and checked with us about placement. Their kindness meant everything on a day that felt emotional.
This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
