Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.
I decided to handle the packing myself, but I definitely needed the muscle to get the boxes onto the trailer. Paul was very efficient and managed to fit twice as much as I thought would go in there. He made my move so much easier.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.
Last minute relocations are usually a nightmare, but they squeezed me into their schedule with no trouble at all. Michael stayed in touch with me throughout the morning to let me know the exact arrival time of the truck. I really appreciate the service.
I moved from Texas to Florida. They lost 3 boxes.Broke antique china & crystal. Plus, 55 inch TV. Cody Wendt that works there is a liar. He told me if my things shared trucks with someone else we would split the fuel cost. That didn't happen. Plus the price he quouted me was $9,000 less than I was actually charged. I texted him pictures of all my furniture. I only had 10 boxes more than quoted. Obviously I shared with someone since an expensive guitar was delivered to me. Myra from there is rude. I tried twice to tell her the I gave the guitar to the driver. But she hung up on me before I could. I hope the person it belonged to got it..I don't understand why they loaded my things on two small trucks. When it was delivered. It was one large truck.
Most of my furniture is from a specific Swedish brand and I was worried about it falling apart if it was moved while assembled. Brightside Moving Group secure the joints and used plenty of padding to make sure nothing wobbled. Everything survived the trip and looks just as good in the new living room.
This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
The apartment building I moved out of has a very strict elevator reservation policy that only gave us a two hour window. The movers from Brightside Moving Group worked together like a machine to get every stick of furniture down to the lobby before our time was up. I am impressed by how they handled the pressure of the clock.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Brightside Moving Group LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
