I would definitely recommend them.

We had heard plenty of moving horror stories, so we were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. The crew was on time, courteous, and very efficient, and they handled our belongings with care. Our furniture arrived without scratches, the boxes were in good condition, and the delivery timing was exactly as expected.

Terrible Service.

My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.

We highly recommend them!

This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!

Not the best moving experience.

Please please please, don't go with Brightside Moving Group. The worst moving services that you can pay for. I don't even know how they make it to the Forbes list. Has the experience at pickup - Less that needed people showed up for packaging and the whole process took until 12 in the night. Majority of the packers were high when they showed up. After the pick up, there was no information about our stuff and we constantly had to call them everyday to get an update. Even during delivery, we were told the stuff was being delivered on a give date and time or else the stuff was going to storage with additional charges. What if you are working on that day ? Are you supposed to take a day off from work to get your stuff? Seems unreasonable. Please do your due diligence before moving forward with this company. Not the best moving experience.

*DO NOT LISTEN TO THE 5-STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL FAKE***

***DO NOT LISTEN TO THE 5-STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL FAKE*** I wish I could give negative 100 stars. Do not give this company your money if you want your items delivered in any sort of a timely manner, or if you do not have a degree in investigative journalism, because the second they cash your check there is absolutely no follow-up or exchange of information on the whereabouts of your items or any kind of ETA. This company is a moving, which means they will outsource your contract to whatever poor excuse for a moving company they can find, who will then arrive late to pick up your things and then proceed to hold on to them for weeks past the estimated delivery time. We were told we could expect our items within 7 business days of 8/11/26. It is now 8/24/26 and the company that has had our items STILL has not found a driver to deliver to us, and have no answers as to how soon they will get that taken care of (seems pretty counterintuitive of a moving company to not have any available drivers...). We have been sleeping on a mattress pad on the floor for two weeks now because our bed is part of that load, and there is no indication on how much longer we will have to do this for. You are so much better off paying the money to transport your goods yourself via Uhaul, TRUST ME.

We couldn't have managed this move without their help!

We couldn't have managed this move without their help! There were several large pieces of furniture that we simply couldn't move ourselves. The crew came in with the right experience and handled everything confidently. They were careful around walls, doors, and floors and made sure the furniture was protected during transportation. Everything went exactly as we hoped, and we are extremely satisfied with their service.

They did a great job from start to end

This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!

A huge thank you to everyone involved!

A huge thank you to everyone involved! We had to relocate quickly and didn't have enough time to prepare everything as well as we wanted. The crew was understanding and helped us get everything sorted out. They were careful with our belongings and made sure the heavier items were handled safely. Their willingness to help and their positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier.
