I was really happy with how smooth it went.

I booked Brightside Moving Group for my apartment move, and it turned out great. The movers showed up on time with everything they needed. They packed my boxes neatly and wrapped the big furniture, so nothing got scratched. James kept checking if I wanted things packed a certain way. I was really happy with how smooth it went.

Stayed Friendly

When relocating my mother to her new home, Scott made sure her items were treated carefully. The staff stayed patient throughout the day and followed our requests exactly, which made the move comfortable for her.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!

Do Not Use This Service!!

Scammers. I would give them a bad rating if I could. This is the firm for you if you want to be handled completely disrespectfully, pay twice what was estimated on the day of pick-up, and may not receive your stuff for weeks at a time with minimal communication! Look elsewhere if you want to engage with knowledgeable, accommodating customer service agents, receive excellent service and communication, and at the at least be reimbursed for the harm they have caused to your belongings (I have a claim from more than a year ago that hasn't been paid out). Before you ever contemplate this company, check them out on the Better Business Bureau if you don't think I'm telling the truth.

They worked quietly and stayed calm.

The team from Brightside Moving Group helped me with a move on the same day. They didn't waste time and managed the loading efficiently. I liked how they labeled everything to make unpacking easier later.

They placed everything just where I asked.

After renovating our house, we needed help bringing the stored furniture back inside. Brightside Moving Group LLC sent a small crew who moved everything room by room. They placed each item where we needed it without any confusion.

Very professional and caring.

Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.
