Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
This company provided exactly the kind of service we were hoping for. The movers were friendly, dependable, and careful with every item they handled. They protected the floors and door frames and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it at the new home.
The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.
This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!
The team worked hard and handled our belongings better than expected. They were careful with the sofa, tables, and heavier boxes and did not try to rush through the difficult parts. The estimated timing was slightly off, which made planning a little harder, but they kept us updated and completed the move correctly.
Such an incredible performance with an absolutely outstanding level of confidence and style. The way you move, maintain your flow, and express your personality through every step makes your talent even more impressive. It is always refreshing to see someone perform with so much passion and determination. Keep moving forward, because your hard work and commitment can take you to places beyond your imagination.
We had several large and awkward pieces of furniture, but the crew handled everything confidently. They carefully planned how to get each item through the doorways and used proper protection along the way. Very professional service.
We were especially impressed with how polite and considerate the movers were. They took extra precautions around our freshly painted walls and made sure every piece of furniture was properly protected. Their attention to detail really stood out, and the entire move went smoothly.
We had a good experience with the moving crew. They were friendly, careful, and respectful of our home. I especially liked how they protected the corners and door frames while bringing furniture inside. Some of the boxes looked a little worn by the time they arrived, but the contents were fine. Overall, the move was completed without major problems.
