Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Everything worked out as planned for our cross-town move. The staff showed great cooperation and kept my spirits high. I appreciate the follow-up call this evening. They did a truly fantastic job today.
There wasn’t a single moment I felt unsure about how things were going. I needed to relocate from my small studio to a newer spot across the bridge. I’d done the packing but left the heavy lifting to the movers. Mike and the team worked smart, asked a few quick questions, and started moving things. There were no delays, and the team did not waste any time. I appreciated how clear the move was right from the beginning. If you want a simple move, this is the team I’d point you to.
Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.
This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
If you want a stress-free move, this company is the right choice. I moved from a two-bedroom apartment to a home across town because of a job change, and the crew handled each step calmly. They arrived early, packed the items I pointed out first, and kept the rooms clear as they worked. They also helped put the larger pieces where I needed. I’d highly recommend them.
Choosing an honest company made my relocation feel much more successful than I anticipated. The workers displayed a lot of physical stamina and handled the heavy lifting with a great attitude. I appreciated the way the Christopher checked in with me to ensure I was happy with the progress. It was a very simple and easy process that didn't cause any unnecessary stress.
This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!

I needed a single large armoire taken from my mother’s house into my apartment. The team brought the right pads and a van. They navigated down her narrow porch steps and into my second-floor unit without a scratch. I would definitely call them again for something like this.
